bill still not had discount taken off

I'm struggling to afford my bill as I was told that my RAF discount would significantly reduce the bill amount I've paid my 2nd Bill and upon checking doesn't appear to be about to change by 3rd bill.

It seems like I've been conned into believing my contract would be affordable just so the staff can claim their commission for selling a contract. Anyone been through something similar??

If your having difficulty regarding your bill and any applicable discount etc I would suggest ringing Customer Services on 202.

They will be able to check your account for you.
