Hi, i claimed for my free fit bit charge on the 11th April and not heard anything since? Has anyone recieved theirs or heard anything since?

It maybe they're having to wait for stock or first come first served but did it say that they will notify you when it's despatched?

Other threads on Fitbit running at present.Look at this one first...I will find the other oen. One meber has received a dispatched notification for their Fitbit

We're have seen some people having trouble when claiming their Fitbit. I'd like to confirm that you have used the correct website to claim this on is https://www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk/ (you'll need your phone IMEI number handy)

If you have done this, you probably just have to wait. How long did it take you to receive yours @MI5 ?

The website quotes 14 days so you are on the limit.

Hey,

I have been experiencing the same problem. i have gone on the 02 chat and then get another email saying that i should get it within 1-2 working days...8 days ago, and no way to track the order as it doesn't come up on my 02. I had originally claimed my one on 26th April.

I still think that any offers and freebies should be sent by the network provider with the phone, it's crazy having to wait this length of time.
