For now it's best to make sure you register your details here: https://www.o2.co.uk/getupdates
I'd love to be able to say the Z5P's definitely coming to O2 but we just don't have any confirmation of that yet so as frustrating as I know it is, only thing we can do is sit tight for a few weeks. As the handset isn't expected to be out until around November, I reckon we'll have more info sometime in October.
Literally as soon as there's anything concrete i'll post an official thread here - I too am considering it for my upgrade if it heads our way!

Hi @Anonymous
Yes you can continue with a 30 day rolling contract. This will continue until you give notice or inform CS

Thanks for the update Chris. I do have a query for you...my contract runs out on September 15th but want to upgrade to the premium. Can I carry on the contract till if and when it is released?
Depending on how long between end of contract and Z5P avaialbility, you might want to consider dropping to a 30 day simo tariff to save some money, unless you are on refresh which will automatically reduce in cost.
