Is it possible to 'co-ordinate' deletions of emails on my Xperia L1 & laptop ?

Currently, I have to delete unwanted emails off my phone & off my laptop separately

After consideration I'd like to set up Outlook as described in the link you posted

This I shall do tomorrow ... as ... it's the wrong end of the day for me to do any 'new to me' IT

Do you still need me to post a screenshot of my email page on laptop ?

Not needed if you're going to setup Outlook.

Give me a shout tomorrow if you get stuck.

Just to add @Anonymous  (though not getting involved lol) on my laptop, I have Outlook which brings in my Gmail emails and my BT Internet address emails on the same page. On phone, I have Gmail and Btinternet on separate email apps.
