Is it possible to 'co-ordinate' deletions of emails on my Xperia L1 & laptop ?

Currently, I have to delete unwanted emails off my phone & off my laptop separately

How do I start Outlook 2013 ?

Just to say there is a recurring screen on my mobile which is something to do with my server address ... which I do not know ... ... ... this is causing a non-connection with something I seem to need

I cannot post a phone screen shot to my laptop screen here ... ... ... what I am capable of doing is copy typing the relatively small amount of information on said screen to this thread ... tomorrow, of course ... ... ...
