Wifi Calling

I would like to set up WiFi Calling on a Samsung Galaxy A50 but the " VoLTE Calls" option (Settings / Connections / Mobile Networks) to enable is greyed out. anyone encountered this and knows how to solve

You'll need to call Customer services to ensure it is active on your account. Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

When that's done, see this info to enable on phone

Hi and thanks for your note.. After further diagnosis, I did just that to find out it was not enabled. Was quickly fixed!
