HI MI5,
You seem to be very knowledgeable on Samsung calling issues.
I am running an S9 with CSC: G960FOXM2BRJ3
On o2 I wish to use the wifi plus 4g calling feature. I have activated it using my02.
I can go to settings>mobile networks>VoLTE calls and toggle on fine.
I cannot find anywhere in the menus the WI-FI calling option.
Can I get this to work or do I need another firmware?
Thanks
Vish.

@vish28 it should work for both as they com together as a package.
Check in the phone app settings for wifi calling as Samsung keep moving the menus around.

Thank you MI5, you are right!!!
The impossible menu has been located:
Settings Menu > APPS > hit the 3 dots top right > Show system apps > scroll down to Phone (there's 3 of them), select the first one > tap the settings nut above 'force stop' > scroll down and you find Wi-Fi calling >
Toggle it on.
o2 4G +Wi-Fi calling tested and working on both Samsung S8 and S9 on standard stock firmware (o2 firmware not required)

Yes, there is an icon.
To test it, put your phone in airplane mode, then turn on wifi.
See image link for the icon:
If all this is on, then try make a voice call.
I have found the wi-fi calling option is sometimes off after any android updates, so double check the hidden menu one is enabled first.
