Ordering Friday means it wouldnt get to you till Monday at the earliest @Anonymous You will get an email to say its been dispatched http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
If you have heard nothing by Monday then you need to contact customer services by borrowing a phone or using a landline http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
