Warranty on s7 edge.

Hello,

 

2months ago I bought samsung s7 edge, few days ago when i got update for google play app, my phone got reset, and it's stuck at samsung logo screen until battery is dead. I was reading many posts telling that it's a bootloop problem, if I flash my phone via odin with official firmware for o2uk from sammobile.com it will void the warranty?

Problem is that there is no samsung service close to me, even O2 office in other city. Phone has been taken to repair, I'll wait that 5 days and we will see, i hope they wil fix it, if not I will try with samsung service. Thanks everyone for help.

Doesn't matter how far away Sansung is they may have been able to resolve the issue over the phone. Other than that they would have accepted it back via post. The one good thing about them giving a 2 year warranty. Best of luck with O2 though. Let us know how you get on

Samsung collected my device from home (UCP) and returned it. A 4 day turnaround.

Yesterday I got parcel from Anovo. Phone was fixed, everything is fine. Thanks everyone for help.
