I am trying to get help with my Voicemail (on Samsung J3).

Have followed manual set up instructions on website, but when I dial 901 I get an auto message saying I can't be connected because 'we have not received your number' and to phone customer support - but of course they are not dealing with routine issues at present at refer me back to the website, but I can find nothing to address this problem.

@JD49 If nothing helps you in the link below you'll have to call customer service.

Just keep trying until you get through. Use any option.

Thank you for the replies. I have followed all the steps for setting up Voicemail given in the various guides. However, when I then dial 901 or 1750 i just get a recorded message saying they can't access or turn on my voicemail as 'we have not received your number'.

@JD49

Sounds like a new contract or number port?

If so, wait a few days for it to update on the system.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
