Voicemail while Roaming

I am trying to access my voicemail while in Ireland however my phone asks to insert either +44 or +353 before dialling 901, neither of which work. I can only cancel otherwise.

I was able to access a voicemail received earlier by tapping the notification but I am unable to dial 901 to access it again.

I have a Samsung A71 and I'm wondering if theres a setting I can change so that I dont have to insert the calling code before 901?
