Voice over WiFi

Why can't I use my WiFi to make and receive calls at home? My mobile signal is non existent but Internet connection is stable and very fast . I have a Honor 20 lite running Android 10 and on O2 payg

Thx. However if I click on the link you provided my phone isn't on the list of approved devices so it isn't as simple as changing my tariff to a monthly one as I STILL wouldnt be able to use vowifi!

That's correct @JimGardner .

Although they add devices to the list all the time. Maybe @Chris_K knows if yours is on the list to be done soon.?

I's time more older devices were added

Many phones have the capability of wifi calling but the list only seems to be added to when a new model comes out

If you are not ready to change phone you could check if other networks support the Honor 20Lite

Honor 20 Pro now works on WiFi calling, despite not being in the list of supported devices. The option to use wi-fi calling turned up in the dialer settings for me recently.
