Just noticed although I have VoLTE enabled in my phone settings & O2 account my phone switches to 3G for calls. I wonder why that would be?

I'm a pay monthly customer using a Galaxy S9 & the latest O2 firmware.

Hi @Marjo I think 4G calling is working now as my phone doesn't drop to 3G when I make calls anymore and the 4G icon remains but I don't get the VoLTE icon.
Wifi calling is still a puzzle. It's basically disabled unless there is no cellular signal or the cellular radio is switched off even though my settings are selected to use WiFi calling 1st if it's available.
