Is anyone know how to unlock my mobile bought from Tesco with 02 netowork?

Fill out the unlock form https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form if it's a PAYG phone it will cost £15 (credit needs to be on SIM) or if it's a contract phone it's free.

tux, for your reply. I done the form but they replied me they can't provide the code as I am not purchase the phone directly from them. now Tesco said they can't provide the code either as the phone is lock from O2. now I am in the middle of no way, don't know which companies are telling the true. so disappointed with both companies .

If it's locked to O2 then O2 are the only ones that can unlock it. It does not matter where you bought it from. If, however, it is locked to Tesco, then only Tesco can unlock it.

i know what you mean. It seems but both companies do not want take this responsibility. That is why they push the responsibility to each other. Like Tesco said only 02 can do it . O2 said only tesco can do it. That mean they both can do it. I don't know why it so complicate to unlock the phone. I will try again to the 02 shop to ask them to ring tesco mobile shop customer service to see what they say. If not i will send the compliant letter to both companies complaining about this matter. What do you think?? What is your advice or suggestion?

yes, i am using 02 sim card. I put 3 network sim in the phones , it is able to make a phone call and use internet as well. It looks able to use other network.  do you think this phone is unlock phone?
