Getting a few barriers to my unlocking request.
Bought a S6 edge from mobiles.co.uk on o2 network and want to unlock the phone now but both companies say the other company can do it!
Any ideas?

Firstly check if it is locked by inserting a non O2 sim, then if it is locked, follow the help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...
It is the networks responsibility, so if it is locked, it's O2 that needs to sort it.

Thank you both for the info - turns out it was already unlocked - couldn't find a nano sim to try it till now 🙂
