I provided the link so the OP would know how he could use the phone generally. I think we've covered all the bases now.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Guys I think the issue is that the OP cannot download O2 branded application from Google Play rather than an issue accessing the network

Have you set what country is selected, etc in the phone settings? ensuring calendar, and local settings are set to UK?

The OP says he cannot xownload any app.  No mention that its O2 related. Im guessing like @MI5 that it's play store settings.

If honest I agree. I answered with my limited knowledge of network frequencies. I completely missed the op's statement 'unable to download any app'......

One good thing... I know a bit more about O2's network frequencies now...Happy Dance

I live to learn....Whistle

I'm unable to Change the country settings, I cant remember what setting but it turned all my US +1 phone numbers to +44 even if US ...

Samsung UK suggested I contact Samsung US, I did and they can't replicate the problem. Im sending them screen captures of the apps I cant

Whats strange is I can download TU Go (O2 app) and My Network (O2 app) and several other UK based apps. But apps like Costa Coffee Club and other O2 apps, won't ... says "This item is not avaliable in your country."
