Hi, I bought on contract in Feb. 2012 a sansung galaxy s2 and now I want unblock it so I can use any network, I make a request on 20 of June for the unlocking code and still didn't receive it yet. What should I do now?

Hi,
Have you received any form of communication from O2 about the unlock, e.g. confirmation email regarding your request..? Although it often only takes a couple of days to get the code from O2 they work with a 28-day window, which they should have already mentioned. If you've received nothing at all then perhaps your request got overlooked so might be worth trying again.
Something else... you're sure the device is locked to O2..? If you bought it direct from O2 then likely it is but if via Carphone Warehouse or similar then it might be unlocked already. Try another SIM card if you're not sure.

Did you request it via webchat, phone or by using the Unlock Phone request form.
Personally, I always use the form and had no problems. Call 202 to see if the unlock has been requested or fill in the form again. It usually takes no more than 10 days.
