I am trying to send an MMS which I was previously able to do.  I have increased my monthly add ons so I know that I have enough credit.  I have followed the guide to send MMS (even though I previously sent them) for the Google Pixel 3a XL but still keep getting the error message 'service not activated on network'.  Any ideas please? TIA.

A few have been reporting the same issue. Seems O2 may have turned them off. Use WhatsApp etc.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Fairy Better to send by either WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger over WiFi. They're free.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thanks. I normally do.  However, sadly my mum does not and will not use WhatsApp.  Or messenger. !!
As I can't visit her I wanted to send her a picture. Frustrating and its freaking me out now why I can't do something I always did.  Thank you anyway.
