Unable to receive texts or calls from the bank to register with one banking. No numbers are blocked on my settings for the bank. Have called them and they told me to contact my network (not done this yet). Anyone have any ideas/solutions to fix this issue?

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly (sim only or with phone) @Vee_ ?
We do see instances of a £0 spend cap blocking messages from short codes.
Try changing to £5 to see if that helps.
To make this change, you will need to get in touch with customer services - 202 from your mobile, but there are other numbers to try and tips on how to get through in the guide below.

Thankyou. I am pay monthly. I have just phone 202 and they have been extremely helpful. There was a service number block on my phone which has been lifted. Have to wait 24hrs before I try again to register with online banking. I'll let you know how I get on.
