Unable to download MMS messages from O2?

All I get is a yellow box with a download button on it, when when I click it, it tries to load and it doesn't. I have no idea how to get it to work?
Any help would be appreciated.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

Send ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings. You also need to have mobile data on.
