Has anybody else encountered the same problem?? I have tried to change the alert for receiving a txt message. However although i go into settings etc and change it and it shows as having been changed when i receive a message the alert is still on the old sound. I have spoken to o2 customer services and the so called guru's all of which have been unable to help.... If YOU know how to solve this please help!

If YOU would like to tell us which phone YOU have we can be more precise with instructions to help you, although the above should point you in the right direction wink

ps. Getting ANGRY over such trivial matters is not conducive to good health.....
