Hello All,
I've a new contract with O2 a few days. I'm still unable to access my account information (price plan, data usages...etc) on the O2 Webster (www). I can log in but it only shows my old contract (disconnected contract) and I'm unable to view my new / current contract details. I called customer service about the problem and they said it will take couple of days for the system to upload the new information.
But what is strange is I'm able to use my mobile phone and connect the O2 mobile site (not the full site) and access my new account information.
Does anyone have any similar problem?
