Ulefone Paris Mobile Internet Settings

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello. First time since I got the phone I took it out into town, expewcting 4g and 3g to operate as the 4g icon was displaying on the top of the screen: however, I was unable to connect at any time I was out.

Back at home, wi-fi is working fine.

A look at the APN settings seem to show some gaps but before I go and make any changes can anyone advise if they have this (rather under rated imho) mobile and are able to receive 3 and 4g service.

TIA

Haven't got the mobile...but know it runs on Android...so have a look at these settings

Or text Active to 2020 save the settings and reboot the phone...

2020 prob won't work but as Cleoriff says, it's just standard Android settings.
These should be read off your sim card though and if 4g/3g etc is showing it means the settings are correct.
If you are not receiving data it most likely means a local network problem which you can check here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Just another thought.
Have you enabled data on the O2 sim card in settings?
How many sims are you using?

Just one sim at the moment.

I'll pop out the sim and look at the info as I have made the APN changes to no effect...

Have you checked the network settings to ensure there are no problems in the area?

If none of the advice works you may want to try a new sim. Easiest way is to pop instore and get them to swap everything over for you...

Are you still getting 3g/4g showing on status bar?

Hi, I decided to pop into an 02 store today and ask them to take a look.

The guy was very helpful and ran through all settings to ensure they were correct....and still no joy. Data is enabled on SIM but he did advise that there are some options which are not the usual (likely as the phone is non UK).

It looks like I need a guru but I might try my luck contacting the seller of the phone for more help.  My venture into chinese/ non UK models is not paying off so far 😞

Thanks to all for you help and fast responses though slight_smile

If you can screenshot your settings I'll take a look at them for you.
