My wifes HTC Desire 510 doesn't ring out it goes to voicmail immediately.   We cant find any setings to change the time so I want to turn voicemail off completely.  I may be missing something but cant find anything in the user guide nor Android Market any body on here got any ideas please.  I dont think there seems to be an option when you ring 901

Thanks to all for the advice.  Now resolved,

We found it was only our home and my mobile that could not get through.

The problem lay, somehow in the email app (MyMail) dont ask how but when I deleted it all was well.

The normal phone contacts list was ok but the phone also looked in the apps address book and it was there  where the problem was. Deleting just the 2 numbers/contacts didnt work so the whole app went.

She is using the normal GMail App now and all seems well

Sounds like a network or sim fault.
Check network here http://status.o2.co.uk/ and if no problems, pop into an o2 store for a sim swap.
