The Samsung Gear watch I bought from you just broke in two as it fell down from a chair. What do I need todo to get it fixed?

Contact Samsung for repairs as accidental damage would not be covered by warranty.
You could look into any home contents insurance you may have to see if it is covered

You hopefully have insurance? Check for home insurance or bank cover. If not any repair is down to your personal cost.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
