If stopped getting texts from the other half as if last week - I might get the odd one coming through - we're both on o2 and number not blocked, any suggestions please????

If you are certain you haven't added him to the spam filter in message settings then both of you try deleting one another's number and reading it.

Turn off, take your sim out and give it a wipe.
Sometimes static can build up on the sim.
