Hi All

Recently moved from Three to O2. Ported my number over on Wednesday last week. Calls are working fine. My old phone is no longer on Three.

However, when I send a text it is sending from my temporary number, not the ported number. If someone replies to that text, it's received on my new number.

Was originally on a Samsung S10, and now on a Huawei P30 Pro.

Texts are usually the last thing to port over and things are running slowly at the moment.

Please keep rebooting your phone and give it time to fully port.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It could be a split port or not yet completed. Keep rebooting the phone as currently the porting system is on a go slow.

I've reset the network settings, rebooted, but no change.

I shall remain patient.
