Terrible signal since moving to O2/One plus 3t

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I moved to O2 and got the one plus 3t on monday last week and since then I have experienced terrible signal. I cannot make phone calls inside my house any longer, yet my work phone is o2 and I am able to do so with that. I also do not appear to have 3g or 4g anywhere, and barely enough data signal to do anything.

Is this to do with the phone perhaps or another issue?

Thanks

Rudy

If another O2 phone is working OK then the issue sounds like it is with the new phone unfortunately.
You can exchange for a new phone, if faulty, within the first 28 days.
Just contact the store you purchased from or call Customer Service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

not something i've had with mine, but like all phones, there will be the odd faulty one. Just swap it over, you wont be disappointed.
