Tablet Unexpectedly Shuts Down

Hi everyone, Anno78 here!

It's great to be part of the Community, but I'm suffering from recurring technical issues, and was wondering if anyone had any advice/solutions (I would go to an in store O2 Guru, but I'm now working on the days the closest one is available).

This is my problem:

My Samsung Galaxy S 10,5 Tablet has started shutting down unexpectedly in the middle of operations.  It then goes into a loop, trying to restart but failing.  I do manage to kick it into gear by manually restarting it, but am worried that this won't always work.  It doesn't do it all the time, but it's annoying when it does.

I've checked my storage just in case, and cleared out some apps and the stuff, but it has happened again just over 10 minutes ago.

Is there an answer?

A full backup and a factory reset would be the first thing to try.
If that fails, talk to Samsung themselves for them to run a diagnostic check on it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for the advice, it's what Samsung told me to do.

I did a full backup of everything, and then initiated a full reset. The Tablet reacted as they said it would (the screen showed "static") and it's actually working faster now.

I spoke to Samsung, and they suggested a full backup and factory reset as it appeared the software might be having a small glitch.

Well, it seems to have worked as the Tablet is no working faster and better.

Thank you.
