Since I have managed to up date to jelly bean, my s3 turns its self of, even when im making a call or I'm texting, why ????

hi there, i have not been about for a while, the switch off never went away, so phone is in for repair now they say its internal fault and will be corrected under warranty ... just as with call drop off, this they say will be sorted aswell.
