How can I change the Clock Format on the home screen of my new Sony Xperia Z5?

Hold your finger in it until the selection comes up.

You may need to press and hold then drag the old clock off the screen first, to allow space to put a new one.
When you then "Hold your finger in it until the selection comes up" you can select from the offered widgets at the bottom of the screen.

Or if you do t like the widgets on offer then you can download one of your choosing from the Google Play Store
