02 cant seem to say when the sony xperia xz will be available despite it being available from other mobile dealers next week on 02, I want to upgrade to this phone, looks like I will have to go elsewhere.

I'm also looking forward to the release of the XZ, which is apparently 6th October. I spoke to a guy at the O2 shop in Peterborough yesterday and he said that O2 haven't yet tested it on their network, so give it a month or so. 😞 I'd like to pre order it, the free bluetooth headphones would come in handy. But would prefer to stick with O2 directly.

Well regardless of what the guy said in the store, O2 haven't missed a Sony flagship launch...ever.
They sometimes do preorder with gifts, but sometimes they don't.
I still fully expect the XZ to be in O2 stores this Thursday

Nope, I said "appearing on site store Wednesday"

It'll need to be on site Wednesday to enable release day deliveries on Thursday.

Xz now available on o2 in forest blue and deep pink (Not mineral black)
