Sony xperia tablet z, how to unlock the bootloader to receive timely updates

Anonymous
Not applicable

Can anyone provide a link advising how to unlock the bootloader on my Sony Xperia tablet z?

The wait for updates from O2 is way too long, and additional functionality is compromised.

I have learned my lesson: don't buy a tablet from O2 in future.

Hi.

I'm sure someone with a little more knowledge than me will come along to help.

I jail brake idevices !

One guy who knows his stuff in here is @MI5 , who may be able to assist.

Just be careful and get as much knowledge as you can before carrying out procedures such as this.
