Hi was wondering if anyone is having problems with there z5? When I seem to answer calls in dull light or try to hang up my screen is staying black and I cannot end calls I have to wait till the other user hangs up. Anyone else having this problem is there a fix the phone is only 10 days old and it's getting annoying.

Also having some problems every so often that when I'm trying to txt it's not picking up my input.

I had the same issue with mine, removed the screen protector, put it back on and seems to be ok now. If you raise it to Sony through their website they'll arrange a repair for you though as there have been reports of issues with the proximity sensors.

-edit-

Spoke too soon, it's doing it again. Will try removing the protector tongiht, see if it's still doing it.

Update on things, definitely the screen protector that's causing my issues with the proximity sensor.
I'm using an Ultimate Shield Tempered Glass cover, surprised it's setting off the sensor as it's only 0.3mm thick.

Common cause of these kinds of problems hence my previous suggestion to the other member.
