Hi,

I'm currently using a Sony Xperia XZ3, and have been for about 2 years, but early this week my mobile signal dropped out. I've tried turning my phone on and off, removing the sim card, reseting my network information, trying my sim in another phone (which did seem to work,) and finally factory resetting my phone. None of this however has fixed my issue, and now I'm trying to sign back into my apps but I can't receive any of the texts with passcodes. Super fustrating!
I've checked the signal in my area PO31 7SQ, and it should be working fine.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this, please.

Thank you.
Nath

I'd start with Sony https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/mobile-phones-tablets

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
