Sim Card Icon with Exclamation Mark on Samsung Galaxy Y Phone

Hi, I bought the Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5363 phone back in March this year. I put my SIM card that was in my old phone into the Samsung Galaxy phone but every time I turn it on I get a full signal but the SIM card icon keeps displaying an Exclamation mark on it. I have took the SIM card out and replaced it with a new one and I still get the same problem. I took it into the O2 shop today and they did another sim swap and once the sim swap was completed, I still got the SIM card icon with the explanation mark. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Thank You xx

Is the phone locked to a different network other than O2? Do you get any other carrier branding when you start the phone or are there any other network apps installed?

It's not locked to any other network apart from O2. Every time I start the phone with my O2 SIM card in, I still get the SIM card icon with the exclamation mark on it and there are no other network apps Installed on it. When I check the phone status the network says 02.
