Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to set a new pin for my 'My O2' site so I can access it through my second hand (unwanted birthday present for my sister) Galaxy. It's had her sim card in (also O2) but now I've put my sim into it, it's asking for a pin, but won't accept her old one or anything. As my old phone didn't do internet, I hadn't set one for it, and I can't find out from this website how to do it! I admit to being a 50-something techno-idiot, so make the explanation simple please 🙂

Try deleting the app then download it again. That should reset it. If not we'll think of something else.
