Until very recently, I have been able to send pictures. Now I get a message " Message will be sent when service becomes available" then after a short time. "Message could not be sent".
I have checked and rechecked my setting, which I received vai an email from o2. I have had them send my setting via ACTIVE to 2020. I have been chatting to 3 different advisors, who all tell me that my account is set to send and reeceive pictures. But I am still unable to do so.

Hello again, Well I got up to the o2 shop today and everything is ok now. He said the 'phone needed to be reset. How he did this was to take out my sim card and replace it with a contract one. Set the 'phone up and then replace my card.
Do not know if this makes sense to you. Thanks again for your help and advice.
