Hi, looking to upgrade my phone to a newer Samsung. Seen there's an offer of an extra £150 if you trade in your phone. Can anyone tell me if this gets paid to you or does it go on to your contract? I need to buy out my contract so was hoping it would come back to me

You can ask for it to be paid back to your bank account once it has been processed by O2 recycle.

The trade in value is added to your account within 10days ish of them recieving your trade in.. If you want it paying to you, use the likes of Spring etc
