I recently purchased my Samsung S23 Ultra which came with the buds 2 Pro promotion in which I should receive a code so that I can purchase the buds. I have contacted o2 multiple times regarding the issue and have been told each time it will be resolved within 48 hours, but I'm still to receive the code months later. I don't want to miss out on this offer as it was one of the reasons I picked this deal. Could anyone point me in the right direction on who to contact?
