Try entering the settings manually :

MMS
APN: wap.o2.co.uk (If monthly) or payandgo.o2.co.uk (P&G)
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not Set
Username: o2wap (If monthly) or payandgo (P&G
Password: password
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002
MMS Proxy:  82.132.254.1
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 234
MNC: 10
Authentication: PAP
APN type: mms
APN protocol: ipv4

Make sure you have mobile data enabled.

Reboot the phone and try sending yourself a picture message.

You may in the end have to contact customer service to check mms is provisioned on your account,
