Samsung SII turning off

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy SII in September and my phone keeps turning itself off, the only way to start it again is to take the battery out and put it back in....any ideas as to whats happening or should I return it to O2 to sort?

Thanks in advance for any advice :smileywink:

Most likely a conflict with an app you have loaded. Battery saving apps are the worse offenders. Remove any if you have them, if not you will have to do a factory reset but back up first.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
