@Chris_K Are you able to provide an update? If not, who can? O2 has a lot of very unhappy customers here, as evidenced by the comments on this thread alone. It's simply not good enough to keep stating "it will be ready when it's ready", been hearing this for coming up to 2 months now! Someone needs to take ownership of this and provide a solution.

OXM is unbranded firmware, not o2 and it’s nothing iffy.
It stands for country sales code.
