Samsung S8 Oreo update

The Oreo update is now being rolled out in Germany, Poland and India.

Does O2 have a release date yet?

Nothing on the phone today, but connected to Kies and update is available! 3.7GB for the S8+.

Time to dig your cables out people.

My update came OTA via manual check on phone at 7am GMT. All working fine

I see the S8 update has arrived on Samsung's servers but still no sign of the S8+ version. Fingers crossed it appears today

That's strange @MartinS18! Mine was only 1.2GB?!?!

@Chrisamy89 OTA would be the update files, through Kies would be the whole OS image iirc. Been ages since I used Kies, though.

it's here and on my s8!! But I have to say my opinion of o2 has not changed poor communication to it's customers not good enough
