Hello,
Every time when my S8+ changes H+ to H I cannot hear other caller. I'm on O2 UK but phone from John Lewis. Any Ideas?

No reason for that change to affect the call at all.

I'd suggest contacting Samsung as it might be a mic issue

no, I've got new phone from Samsung but it still cuts off calls!!!
