Samsung S4 keeps turning off

In the last two weeks my S4 keeps turning itself off when ever i use it, sometimes 10 times a day.  I've done the factory reset, but still the same.  I'm ready to throw it out the window.

Just had a search around Google and seems like avery common issue!

Is it when you are using the device (i.e. it is moving?) or also when it is lay flat?

Could be the battery coming out slightly??

I'd get onto O2 and ask for a doorstep exchange.

Yes that was my thought too.  It's really put me off using the phone now 😞

I bet, once a phone becomes unstable it loses it's appeal for sure!

If past your 14 working days exchange window then seek assistance from the manufacturer.

Last resort would be to use O2 repairs.

I had this problem and found that my battery was fat and starting to warp. Once i bought a new battery the problems stopped instantly.

If you can, swap the battery and see if this helps. £6 from Amazon.
