Hi

I've just got a new Samsung S4 and I received a voicemail and I've listened to it, but the icon at the top is not disappearing.. Any help???

Hi

Are you sure you completed listening to the message fully. Perhaps deleting it.

You could try dialling 1760 to turn off Voicemail and then 1750 to turn it back on.
