I have searched for the answer but not quite got to the bottom.
I run a Samsung S10+ (no O2 firmware) I have VOLTE calling enabled but every couple of days I lose this option (the option is simply greyed out on my phone). I can either reboot my phone to bring it back straight away or usually 3 - 4 days days later it may comes back on its own. But it then later disappears again a few day later often midway through a call so dropping the call. O2 sent me a new SIM, and I updated all the software but neither has fully cured it. Samsung basically said factory reset it but I guess they were grasping at straws a wee bit.
Any helpful advice greatfully received.

Have you tried a factory reset as Samsung suggested? Make sure you have everything backed up before you proceed.

thanks for the useful links, its very sporadic issue - unless I go looking in the menus I dont always know the issue has come back. Some (vodafone - *spit*) forums suggested thefactory reset did not work, but I think its prob the only option I have.

No joy, it stayed on for a couple of days and now the option is greyed out.
Is it possible for someone your side to turn off my 4G calling, and on again to see if that helps. It cured a V-Customer when the line was reprovisioned. My phone has the latest software and fully unlocked to alll networks. thanks

Hi? is there anyone who can help me?
Looking at the SIM status, I belive its something to do with the IMS registration? Every 24hrs the regisitration seems to drop. Tried
1) Full factory reset
2) New SIM
3) Cleared cache
4) Updated all apps/software.
