Same as listed here, make sure you choose Pay Monthly or PAYG settings though http://mobileguide.o2.co.uk/devices/device.jsp?deviceId=725&tab=8

That's the problem,02 said that they would send me the settings,which I need to save but nothing came through,only a msg saying my phone should be set up.I have done this several times and as a result I have no Apn's.(Says VPN's on this thing).

If no APN's on phone press menu then add and create them as per the link above.

 

Note APN not VPN - They are different things.
