My samsung galaxy s11 has suddenly stopped working. It powers up then freezes on the samsung start up screen. Is there anything i can do. I have cleaned the sim card and re-charged the battery but still nothing happens. I am lost without my phone.

I would not recommend Odin unless you are pretty tech-savvy,  plus the program is not approved by Samsung and loading unapproved firmware can void your warranty. Try a hard reset instead: power off the device then press and hold the home button,  volume up and the power button until a menu appears which should give you the option to factory reset.  This will cause any data stored on the device (except on the sim or a memory card) to be lost however it should fix your issue.

If you can't solve the issue yourself book an appointment with your nearest Guru.

Try a factory reset first (line 19 here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/HOW-TO-A-Guide-to-using-Odin/m-p/46346... If that doesn't work you might want to consider following the whole process to reflash your firmware or send it in for repair.
